I read this quote this morning and thought that you might enjoy it as well. As I am sure you know, we can be our own worst enemies. When we look in the mirror, instead of realizing the positives we look for the negatives. Just a reminder: You are the pillar of your family, you know the old saying " When mama's not happy, there ain't nobody happy". We need time to nurture and space to re-group. Don't feel guilty about it. YOU NEED IT. Take care of you and the rest will fall into place. I am proud to say that at the Downtown Spa and Relaxation Centre I have the best girls around. They are caring, giving people. They are listeners when need be and quiet as mice when necessary. I can brag about them because I get compliment after compliment about them.
